Please
read the following guidelines before transmitting files.
- Macintosh
Base System -- OSX, 9.2
- Preferred
file format: PDF with fonts
embedded
Color
ads must separate as CMYK.
Black text should separate on the
black plate only. Black
and white ads must be grayscale, minimum 200 dpi.Other
file formats accepted: eps, tif, jpg,
psd, sit, sea
- We
accept
Indesign CS2, QuarkXpress 4.1 documents, however all fonts and all
artwork used in
the ad must be included. Other applications can be Microsoft Word,
Adobe Photoshop 5.5 and CS, Adobe Illustrator 10. Please do not send
pub files or wpd.
Please
notify your sales representative or the production manager, when
you have a file to transfer, so it can be processed promptly.
When
naming the file to be transmitted, DO NOT use spaces between the
words or puncuation other than a "." (period) or "_" (underline).

Greeneville Sun Classifieds and the Classified Ads Online are
the largest marketplace in Greene County.
Our
office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Deadline
for ads is 4 p.m. the day prior to publication, except for Wednesday
and Saturday. The deadline for placing an ad in Wednesday's edition is
10 a.m. Tuesday.
Saturday's
deadline is 2 p.m. on Friday.
